The Great piety mystery. The manifestation of the Trinity of God in human nature

“This I write to you, hoping to come to you soon,
So if I slow down, you know how to act in the house of God, which is the Church of the living God, the pillar and statement of truth.
And unquestioningly - a great piety mystery: God appeared in the flesh, justified Himself in the Spirit, showed Himself to the Angels, preached to the people, accepted by faith in the world, exalted in glory”(1 Tim. 3:14-16).

There are so many secrets in life, our whole life is a mystery. And it seems to me that one of the most mysterious secrets for us is ourselves.

So who is the real me, where is my face?
Where is my true essence, who am I?
I still try to figure out myself:
What is closer to me in fate - the light of the sun or shadow?

This is how the Apostle Paul answers this question: “So whoever is in Christ is a new creature; the old has passed, now everything is new”(1 Cor. 5:17).

Mysterious phrases - the ancient passed. What is it, but what if it didn’t pass? Does it depend on us, or does it happen by itself?

What is ancient and what is new? Ask twenty people about this and we will hear as many different answers. Let’s try to figure out what kind of process is the Transfiguration of human nature after our redemption.

What needs to be done so that the ancient departs, disappears and vanishes forever. What to do to become us a real New Creation in Christ Jesus?

You are given to know the secrets of the kingdom of God. And one of the greatest secrets - which we read about in 1 Tim. 3:16 "And unquestioningly - a great piety mystery: God appeared in the flesh, justified Himself in the Spirit, showed Himself to the Angels, preached to the nations, accepted by faith in the world, exalted in glory."

The great piety is the mystery that Paul designated as the Apparition of God's Trinity in human nature.

It was this revelation that was voiced and presented at our last service on Wednesday, as a logical continuation of the previous Sunday theme.
