To whom are the secrets of the Kingdom revealed, or What is hidden under the seal of secrecy?

The Bible is an encrypted book, so it is mysterious. It is the will of the Heavenly Father to decipher it and declassify it. To reveal the secrets of the Kingdom of God to His inner circle.

"And besides, we have the most certain prophetic word; and you do well to turn to it as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day begins to dawn and the morning star rises in your hearts,
Knowing first of all that no prophecy in Scripture can be resolved by itself.
For never was a prophecy uttered by the will of man, but it was uttered by the Holy men of God, being moved by the Holy Spirit" (2 Pet. 1:19-21).

Of course, nothing happens by itself. This book was written under the inspiration and guidance of the Holy spirit. And without It, we will not be able to fully understand it.
This is why for many people the Bible is no different from a phone book or just a boring chronicle of the past, which has nothing to do with today.

And after all, there are so many riddles, secrets, encrypted revelations that are just directly related to us.

"And the disciples came and said to Him: why do you speak to them in parables?
He answered them, "because it is given to you to know the secrets of the Kingdom of Heaven, but it is not given to them" (Matthew 13:10-11).

For all his great and unconditional love for the world, Jesus still divides people into his own and external ones. And what was their fundamental and class difference? What was the advantage of some over others? You, who are close to the Son of God, are given to know the secrets of the Kingdom. And others, outsiders, are not given, no matter who they are.

"At that time, continuing his speech, Jesus said: I praise You, father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and intelligent and revealed them to infants.
Hey, Father! for so it seemed good in Thy sight.
Everything is given to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father; and no one knows the Father except the Son, and to whom the Son wants to reveal himself" (Matthew 11: 25-26).

From someone concealed, and to someone, by his grace, opened. God grant that we are in this category of people.
